Hello
and Welcome to my Sound Energy Healing space! I am Elke, and I have dedicated most of my life to exploring alternative healing practices. Over time, I qualified as Sound Energy Healing Practitioner, Reiki practitioner and Wingwave coach.
My speciality and passion, however, is Sound Energy Healing.
In the past, you might have taken part in a sound bath: 10, 15, 20 people lying on yoga mats on the floor - relaxing, snoring, sneezing, shuffling... every time you think you are relaxing, something else happens and the spell is broken....
This does not happen in my sessions, because there is YOU and YOU only. Before the treatment, we have a little "interview" so I will know which sounds you might like or dislike.
For the duration of the sound healing treatment, you will lie on a comfortable treatment bed , fully dressed in comfortable clothing, shoes off, with a weighted mask on your eyes, covered with a cosy blanket.
When you relax, you might snore, cry or even break wind. But don't worry, that's all completely normal.
After the session, you will have plenty of time to "come back to reality" and have a nice glass of energised water.
The whole time outlay is between 1.5 and 2 hours - the cost is 100€ in total
Currently I am offering a second session for free - to be used by you or a friend (valid until 24 March 2026)
Gift vouchers are available on request.
I am looking forward to meeting you!

If you never heard about sound healing, here is what the Internet has to say about it:
"Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations and frequencies to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It is based on the principle that everything in the universe, including the human body, vibrates at specific frequencies, and when these frequencies become disrupted due to stress, trauma, or illness, it can lead to imbalance and discomfort. How it works:
Sound healing uses instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, and chimes to produce specific tones and vibrations. These sounds interact with the body’s energy fields and nervous system, helping to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing.
The process often involves brainwave entrainment, where the brain synchronizes with the rhythm of the sound, shifting from high-stress beta waves to more relaxed alpha and theta states. This can lead to improved focus, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner peace.
Key mechanisms include:Activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which supports rest, digestion, and recovery. Cymatics, where sound vibrations cause visible patterns in matter, demonstrating how sound affects physical structures.Resonance, where the body’s cells are believed to "re-tune" to harmonious frequencies, restoring balance.
Common experiences during a session include deep relaxation, emotional release (such as tears or sensations), mental clarity, and a feeling of being “cleared out” or re-centered.
Sessions are often called sound baths—immersive experiences where participants lie down and are “bathed” in sound waves, allowing the vibrations to wash over them. While scientific research is still emerging, studies suggest sound healing can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and support pain management. It is often used alongside meditation, yoga, and other holistic practices and is considered a non-invasive, drug-free approach to wellness."
